Jessica Starace joined PSRAI in May 2011 after completing her Master of Public Policy degree at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy where she received the faculty's outstanding student academic achievement award for the highest academic excellence in the public policy program. During her years at Bloustein, Starace worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development where she co-directed the Work Trends public opinion publication series and was appointed a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the program's research methods course.
Starace graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Sociology and Minor in Public Policy, Analysis and Management. Starace, who began her tenure with PSRAI as an intern while in graduate school, is responsible for lending support to project directors, including performing background research, contributing to questionnaire design, and assisting with data analysis.
